- Deliver automated cross-platform posting to your connected platforms.
- Generate and refine content drafts via connected AI models.

- Provide weekly recommendations to help you maintain consistency streaks.
3Connected Accounts & APIs
Growker connects to third-party social networks (such as Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Threads) via secure authorization frameworks:
- Access Tokens: We request only the minimum scopes necessary to compose, preview, post, and retrieve basic engagement metrics.
- LLM API Keys: If you connect your custom Claude (Anthropic) or GPT (OpenAI) credentials, your keys are stored securely using industry-grade encryption and are only accessed when generating post options.
Security Notice
Growker never stores your third-party account passwords. Connection statuses can be easily revoked at any time directly through your dashboard settings.
4Data Sharing & Transfers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal content data or metrics with third-party advertising companies. Data is only shared under the following transparent conditions:
- AI Providers: Content you select to generate or refine is sent to the selected AI model provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) in accordance with their developer API terms.
- Service Providers: Secure hosting engines and payment processors necessary to run our system operations.
- Legal Compliance: If required by active regulations, audits, or legal mandates.
5Security & Retention
We prioritize protecting your analytics data and profile configurations using comprehensive security controls:
- Data is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and at rest on secure cloud architectures.
- Connected API tokens are stored using AES-256 cryptographic standards.
- We retain content drafts and metrics data for as long as your workspace account is active, or until you request full erasure.

- Revocation: Disconnect any social profile to immediately stop data syncing or credential validation.
- Account Erasure: Contact us to permanently delete your waitlist records, workspace profiles, and API tokens.
